About
“Adrian Croissant IV (pronounced just like the bread) is two projects away from accepting his fate, and gluing a camera permanently into his hand."
My goal when camera operating is first and foremost to tell captivating stories through a blend of engaging images, entrancing colors, and efficient visual storytelling.
Graduating from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s in Film/TV Production, I cut my teeth not only in the classroom, but out on film and commercial video shoots. I’ve worked freelance for a number of local organizations and businesses in Cape Girardeau and St. Louis: Red Letter Communications, LaCroix Church, and the Top of the Marq Restaurant- just to name a few. I’ve also had the great fortune of working on my Professor of Film Fred Jones’s feature film project Sugarhouse, currently working the festival circuit, along with working as an Assistant Camera Operator on Tape G’s 48-hour film Catskill Manor- which would go on to win numerous accolades from film festivals around the region.
On top of these freelance shoots, I’ve DP’ed for numerous short films- most notably Joshua Stroup’s Flip and an upcoming project by Trent Kelsey titled Punching Judy. (Aside from the last project, all films are available for your viewing pleasure on my video work webpage.)
Thanks for checking out my online portfolio, and remember: I will always strive to provide high-quality, eye-catching visuals- efficiently and effectively!
